Quigg's Summer Tumbling 

 

 

Summer Session Begins July 5th

Tumbling Classes are designed to teach the basic elements of the floor exercise.  Conditioning will be incorporated into every class.  Conditioning is a very important element for full body strength leading to successful tumbling.  Whenever possible the class will work in circuits, incorporating various drills and tumbling elements.

Monday 7:00-8:00PM (back handspring required) 

Tuesday 2:00-3:00 (all levels)

Wednesday 6:00-7:00PM (all levels)

Thursday 3:00-4:00 (all levels)

 

Payment Options

 

*Pre-pay for 10 classes $120 ($12 per class)

or

 *Pay as you go $15 per class

 

There are no refunds for this program.  Session payments are due at the time of registration.
